Breakfast is the same every day: 3 eggs with assorted vegtables, salsa, or guacamole
Snacks: Lara Bars, carrots, sunflower seeds, chicken, grapes, small oranges, apple with almond butter
Lunch: 3X3 protein style in-n-out, chiptole salad, spagetti squash with meat sauce
Dinner: Naked wings, Spagetti squash with meat sauce, chicken, carrots, tomatoes with olive oil & balsamic vinagrette,
Drinks: Coffee, water, tea
A couple of beers at the Hockey game in saturday.

Snacks – apple with almond butter, lara bars, carrots. I did buy humus dip which now I realize is not paleo, but it is pretty good with vegis.
lunch – I did do one 4X4 from in-n-out (which might be too much good stuff), ahi tuna and vegetables, paleo meat chili-which was great (x2), grilled chicken with vegis
Dinner-Paleo chili x2, eggs with vegis, chicken with vegis.
I have been trying hard to limit my fruit to 1 per day. I did have a beer in there as well.

dinner-was a birthday party with a set menu: marinated shrimp, zucchini with humus with eggplant, baby back ribs with chili (this was awesome and should be mostly paleo friendly) on parmesan polenta ( only had 1/4 of polenta)
birthday cake-had less than 1/4
was sitting next to my wife’s friend who set up this private dinner- better to take a couple of bites then to explain myself.
I also had 2 glasses of red wine.
