Steak and apple with almond butter.
Saturday Dinner
Ate at Tilted Kilt with Chad and Friends. Chad ordered the Long Shank for me. The waitress didn’t look very comfortable with one guy giving another a long shank.
I also had 6 wings later

Had roast stew at about 3 yesterday.

Dinner I had turkey wrapped in cheese with mustard
Rebe yelled at me for not eating enough. I wasn’t hungry. I was sick to my stomach before the WOD and we definitely sick after the wod.
Cinnamon Walnuts as snack They were tasty.
Paleo shepard pie.
I think next time it would be better w/the cauliflower mashed up instead of diced. Also I had cinimmon walnuts. I’ll probably have two more guacamole eggs.

I haven’t had them. Yet but I intend to. As soon as I can talk my wife into making them.
Eat more fat and protein people. They are both good for you.
Adaption
It happens with your training. You lift heavy weights and soon enough you can lift heavier weights.
You eat a lot of sugar and soon enough you need more sugar in order to get the same sweet fix.
It’s a drug. A bad one. Stop taking it.
