Jess’ Meals, Thursday 2/25
Breakfast – 2 turkey and bell pepper wraps
Lunch – Houston’s center cut filet and steamed broccoli (YUMMY!)
Dinner – Wings, wings and more wings…green salad too
Snacks – Apple

Lunch – Chipotle salad – extra chicken, salsa and guacamole
Dinner – Giant plate of mystery meat (I don’t think I want to know what it was), cooked in beef broth with onions, and a small green salad.
Snacks – 2 hard boiled eggs, an apple
Breakfast – Banana, stawberry, and OJ smoothie, and a hard boiled egg
Lunch – Bowl of chili (no beans), small green salad
Dinner – Red pepper stuffed with meat & cauliflower mixture
Snacks- 2 hard boiled eggs, some almonds, cantelope, frozen applesauce cup
Breakfast – Banana, stawberry, OJ smoothie and a hard boiled egg
Lunch – Chicken breast drowning in onions, garlic and a few carrots
Dinner – Scrambled eggs with bell peppers, onions, and ham and a baked sweet potato
Snacks – Apple, hard boiled egg, and some almonds
Breakfast – Strawberry, Banana and OJ smoothie (hello, blood sugar spike)
Lunch – Red pepper stuffed with chicken salad
Dinner - Meatballs, steamed carrots, small green salad
Snacks – Apple, hard boiled egg
Breakfast – Banana (yes, I know that this is not enough…just is what it is)
Lunch – Meatballs and a carrot
Dinner – Giant green salad w/tons of veggies and a baked sweet potato (yes, I am eating sweet potatoes)
Snacks – Apple, and a hard boiled egg
