I had 3 eggs with hot sauce

I had a salad with mushrooms and chicken
Steph had some nuts and snacks
Dinner
We had chinese
But I had beef and mushroom and some sesame chicken with very little coating. Also two ribs
Steph had rice with her meal
I did have a small peice of Flaum (sp) somebody made from scratch. I couldn’t pass that up.
For Breakfast
I had three eggs and bacon

I had Salad with steak and mushrooms and avacado
Steph had salad with chicken and mushroom and avacado
Dinner
I just had some fruit and nuts since I ate my lunch a bit late
Steph had a slice of pizza
We both had for snack Nuts and raisins and dried fruit

Steph had Tuna fish and a bananna
I had salad and fruit from soup of salad ( it was a challenge not to get the ice cream and the pound cake) but I prevailed

Steph had a veggie burger and some veggies
I had some steak strips

dried veggies, almonds, and dried fruit mix I got at sprouts.
I also had one beer ( it was a long day)

We had Steak with avacado spread

Steph had some fruit and nuts that she was snacking on through out the morning

we both had chicken that we had left over from last week

I had a small omlete with sausage and a couple of pieces of a pork loin.

I had some left over meat loaf that was made with ground flax seed instead of bread crumbs
Steph had some nuts and fruit but not a full lunch

we both had a piece of steak and a grilled porobello mushroom top with garlic and herbs in it.
Then we broke down again and had some frozen yogurt for desert from golden spoon but it was a small.
We had a rough couple of days with some cheats but we will crack back down.

I went to soup or salad and had a salad and some lentil veg soup and some fruit

during the day we both had banannas and nuts for snack

We both had a slice of pizza. not the good kind either but it was only one slice
then some nuts and raisins to fill us up.

I had the left over turkey burgers without the bun and with olives and a pickle

Steph had panda express ( it was teacher conferences and the PTSO bought all the teachers dinner) Not sure what she had
I had meatloaf and steamed veggies. Meatloaf was made with ground flaxseed instead of bread crumbs
Snacks
Almonds and this seed and nut mix that I bought.

Lunch and dinner were mixed for me since I got busy at work, but a spinich salad with pork chops and califlower.
Steph had tuna for lunch and she had a veggie burger and some salmon for dinner.
I did have nuts and an apple, bananna and some nuts through out the day and so did she.
Tuesday night
We both had sautee onions with mushrooms and strips of steak
then we had a small piece of prickley pear candy I got from a customer.

We had egg muffins with sausage and spinich and some nuts.
