Day 1 was tough. I am already sick of chicken and eggs.
Breakfast: scrambled egg w/ olive oil and apple. Cup of coffee w/ honey & almond milk.
Snack: raw almonds and handful of blueberries
Lunch: grilled chicken breast over salad – spinach, romaine, tomatoes, carrots, avocado w/ red wine vinaigrette. Water w/ Lemon…
More Snacks: banana and blueberries
Dinner: portobello mushrooms, chicken, spinach, tomatoes and broccoli w/ a scrambled egg and spoonful of organic no-nasty-ingredient salsa. 4 oz glass of Pinot Grigio (can’t let the bottle from weekend go to waste!)
Things I miss: pesto sauce, wheat bread and brown rice.

3 egg muffins with sausage ham and mushrooms one with each ingredient
Breakfast: two eggs, coffee w/ almond milk
Lunch: mixed nuts and an orange (organic)
Dinner: sausages, brokoli, cantalope and lots of bbq sauce to squeeze it down

Lunch: I had to work thru lunch and was super busy, so I just grabbed a bunch of stuff from the fridge – handful of raw broccoli, more damn almonds and blueberries, carrot sticks, deli turkey meat and two pieces of pineapple. Lemon water.
Snack II: honeydew melon w/ procuitto (they must have been curing meat back then, right?)
Dinner: wonderful salad – romaine, spinach, tomatoes, grapes, avocado, walnuts, grilled chicken w/ redwine vin. yummy!

Breakfast – Strawberry, Banana and OJ smoothie (hello, blood sugar spike)
Lunch – Red pepper stuffed with chicken salad
Dinner - Meatballs, steamed carrots, small green salad
Snacks – Apple, hard boiled egg

Lunch: Chicken Sandwich, sorry for the bun
Dinner: Chicken and spinach (first Paleo meal – thanks Ada!), plus one *tiny* beer (as old as humanity)

Lunch- An Ultimate Cheeseburger from Jack-in-the-Box minus the Ultimate & cheese!
Snack – gonna have a grapefruit
